The program we have is been specially designed through a collaboration between our physiotherapists and our pilates and aerial instructors to help increase flexibility, improve core strength, enhancing self-esteem, learning of new skills, and a unique fun experience for the kids.
We know that every kid will learn different, so we have small tailored classes for the kids that want to express themselves through the artistic aerial hammocks or the kids that want to push themselves that extra bit.
Our program runs for 10 weeks across the school term and have 2 weeks before any term for trials and welcome any kid as you don’t need any experience. We start on the ground and work our way up!

Kids Reformer Pilates Program
Our young kids are now sitting down more than ever and need to understand the importance of retraining the core system to help with posture and alignment. Our 12-week program is designed to help strengthen the inner line and core of these young kids, which they can translate into their sports and everyday activities. With the reformer machine, it allows the resistance training you need with minimal to no compression on the body from gravity. It helps to strengthen and lengthen their growing spine so that they don’t face the problems we have amongst our sedentary lifestyles.
