Pre/Post Natal Classes
We love when we find out that one of our patients is becoming a mom! We know that you need to maintain your activity levels, enjoy exercise with a low-risk environment. We have designed our program to help improve your overall core and pelvic strength.
Post Natal Classes
In these classes I will focus on pelvic floor awareness and its relationship to the rest of the body, improvement in the separation of the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), gluteal strength to enhance pelvic stability, opening up the upper body to re-balance the carrying and feeding postures and upper body strength.
