Looking for an exciting athletic experience? You've come to the right place. Being one of the first studio Pilates to incorporate the aid of a virtual program we have been helping people jump into Pilates with no previous experience. The class has only 6 reformers and allows the physio instructor to help correct and position you individually within the class. If you are feeling up to the challenge then you can keep with our program on the screen. You'll enjoy an intense and challenging workout every time.

JUMP BOARD

Like our Studio Pilates classes these classes  run off our own virtual program, which is a physio guided exercise protocol. The class has only 6 reformers and allows the physio instructor to help correct and position you individually within the class. Most of the class is jumping off the jump board and makes it a much more cardio based class along with a nice intense workout for the core. You will definitely enjoy this class.

FUNCTION BOUNCE

Talk about a workout, Function Bounce is the first of its kind in a clinic setting. We have now a safe, fun and intense workout. This HIIT class is a workout on a mini trampoline with 6 tracks that help keep an up beat and a very lively routine you are sure to burn those calories. We can assure you the benefits of weight loss, increased cardio vascular fitness, reduced cellulite, improved heart function, toning of lower limbs, and a lot of fun, you cant not give it a go.
